When the use and function of the product are determined, a certain brand of zinc alloy can be selected and the corresponding die-casting process can be formulated to meet its quality requirements.

(2) The economic value of the product

To understand the economic value of products, the difference between high-end products and low-end products. High-end products have higher requirements on the performance of die-casting machines and the manufacture of die-casting molds, in order to ensure that the designed products achieve the maximum use effect and the consistency of economic benefits.

(3) Assembly relationship of products

Understand the assembly relationship of the product, what parts need to be matched, how to cooperate, the form of fastening and connection, and select the tolerance that meets the product requirements.

(4) Characteristics of the product manufacturing process

1) Die casting process: die casting method, alloy characteristics, mold manufacturing.

2) Post-processing process: grinding, polishing, machining, spraying, electroplating, etc. Die castings adopt different surface treatment methods according to their different use environments, and the requirements of subsequent processes should be considered in the design.
